Who said never work with Family or Friends? Forklift Agency have since 2003. Forklift Agency started off as an idea to fill gaps of a self employed Forklift Instructor and since Day One has become a huge success and one of the most successful Forklift Training Companies in the UK.
But who is the team behind the success - Meet Them Below;
RHYS ADAMS Director Rhys lives in Derby with his partner and their young son. Rhys has worked for several different companies including Sainsbury's, Party PLC and Sunwin Motors Ltd, mainly in Customer Service, IT and Marketing, as well as as spell in sales. Although Rhys' role is very much in the background, a lot of the enquiries are generated by the marketing campaigns that Rhys carries out. |
JEFF RAMZAN Training Manager Jeff lives in Nottingham with Andrée and her son Jack. Jeff became a Forklift Instructor back in 2002 and worked for many different agencies on a self employed basis. Once the original Forklift Agency website went live and the marketing was switched on Jeff started to take all of the incoming calls. Now due to the amount of work coming through, Jeff tends to cover the phone line, does the odd training course or inspects the Forklift Training Centre. |
ANDREE ASKIN Office Manager Andree lives with Jeff and Jack, in their house in Nottingham. Andree looks after the office taking the majority of the forklift training enquiries that come through on the phone or via email. Andree is one of the main reasons why are customer service level is so high and all of our major customers are on first name terms. Andree either works from our main office in Derby or from her home office. |
SAMANTHA WILLS Company Secretary Sam is Rhys' partner, and they live together with their little boy in Derby. Sam does not work full time in the office and tends to look after the general back admin work and some of the accounts work. Sam currently works for DHL limited as a Customer Service Manager. |
OUR FORKLIFT INSTRUCTORS Unfortunately we have too many forklift instructors to list on here, but the team are fantastic and very dependable. We have 5 instructors that we use on a regular basis; Phil, Tom, Danny, Martin and Dee. But without the whole team, we wouldn't be here today. So thank you Forklift Instructors. |
